Our main Vancouver clinic is at 305-1055 West Broadway (Michelangelo Building), along the Broadway corridor, just west of Oak Street. We also have a satellite location in Morgan Crossing in Surrey (24th Ave & King George Hwy).
On your first visit to our clinic, please arrive in advance of your appointment to allow you sufficient time to complete your patient history and review the office policies. Please bring any related documents that may be helpful.
